I'm sure there have been times in your ministry where you needed a break, or when a little encouragement could go a long way! Look no further, TMF Conference '08, is just around the corner! You'll find everything you're looking for -- and more!
Here's an update on the TMF conference, July 7-12, at Morrison Academy, in Taichung.
1) The registration deadline to receive a free "We Care" missionary gift bag is June 1. So, if you haven't registered, please do so today! You can go to the TMF web-site: www.tmf.org.tw .
2) As you can see from the TMF conference logo, our theme is "Under Construction." As missionaries, we're all in the Kingdom building business. To do that, we ourselves need to be growing in our relationship to the Lord too! Helping us do that are two guest speakers, the likes of which you will not often have opportunity to hear in Taiwan! Please, don't forfeit the blessing that awaits those who attend!

These Christian servants have such extensive service records, there is no way we can do them justice in this e-mail. You could Google them for more info! (And, sorry, Dr. Bock, we spelled your name wrong in the last TMF e-mail! Yet, he's still willing to come!)
3) An exciting full-length Christian movie, The Source of Love will be available for preview and purchase (with extra resources included) -- you won't believe the discount or the impact it can make in a person's life. Hint: it will be available for less than the cost of a couple movie tickets! Why? Your TMF chairman knows the producer!
4) Did you know the Billy Graham Crusade is coming to Taiwan? They'll be at TMF to tell you how you can be involved in the crusade (festival), along with many other practical workshop presentations.
5) We're so excited that Dr. Doris Brougham & Heavenly Melody will be with us again! This time, Doris will be with us for an afternoon -- Tea Time With Doris! (Hosted by the ladies of Team Expansion) Ladies, don't miss this event, as you'll have opportunity to visit with a true servant -- and one of the most recognized individuals in Taiwan!
6) Did we mention the children & youth programs? They'll be led by volunteers coming from the US just to bless our children -- all coordinated by Kim Hageman (

7) Lastly for this update, there will still be all the aspects and opportunities that we've come to expect and love about TMF Conference: warm fellowship, uplifting worship, great food, pokeys on the plaza, small group sharing, honoring of faithful servants, a triathlon (my favorite), the bookstore, etc. What will be unique about this TMF is the CONSTRUCTION going on at MCA -- and I'm not just talking about buildings! Praise the Lord, and for His glory!
